Opus 40 Stroll

Opus 40 is the sort of place where you're drawn to reflect inwards, I think, not communicate with others.

After I wrote that, I discover that after abandoning legal studies, Fite studied for the ministry at St. Stephens, a small Episcopal college on the Hudson. "But St. Stephen's had a theater, and Fite found himself more intrigued by the stage than the altar. At the end of his third year, he left to join a traveling troupe of actors," the website says.  "But theater is a group art. Harvey Fite's drive was one of independence and constant, self-directed activity."
